Terms of sale
These terms govern the purchase of private access to Tickbird. They apply from the moment you pay, and they sit alongside the legal notice, the privacy policy and the statement of risks, which form part of the agreement.
Last updated 23 August 2026. See also the legal notice, the privacy policy and the statement of risks.
1. Who sells, and to whom
The seller is Reverstone Solutions SA (CHE-384.266.999), Chemin Louis-Degallier 8, 1290 Versoix, Geneva, Switzerland.
Private access is sold to professionals only — funds, trading desks, companies and other buyers acting in the course of a business. By buying, you confirm you are doing so on behalf of such an entity and not as a consumer. We do not sell to individuals acting outside a professional activity, and a purchase made in breach of this clause may be cancelled and refunded in full.
2. What you are buying
You are buying earlier delivery of a stock analysis that is published free of charge later the same morning. Nothing else about it differs.
- Daily session — $999, one session. Access to a single named trading session, which you choose when you buy.
- Monthly — $14,900 per month. Access to every trading session for as long as the subscription runs, renewed automatically each month until you cancel.
Both give you, for each session covered:
- The named stock at 7:30 AM New York, thirty minutes before the free email list.
- The full candidate list submitted to the three models, ranked, with each model's decision, confidence, catalysts and risks — including the models that disagreed.
- An API key returning the same content as JSON on a versioned schema.
Access opens for a session at 7:30 AM New York on that session and closes at the end of it. A day on which the American market does not open is not a session and is never billed.
3. What you may do with it
A subscription is licensed to one legal entity. Everyone employed by that entity may use it internally, without limit and without additional payment. What is not permitted is putting it in front of anyone outside the entity.
Specifically, you may not, before 8:30 AM New York on the session concerned:
- Republish, forward, syndicate or resell the pick or the candidate list;
- Make it available through a newsletter, channel, group, feed or client report;
- Share your account credentials or API key outside your entity.
After 8:30 AM the pick is public and free, and this clause stops mattering. It exists to protect the thirty minutes, which is the entire product, not to control commentary about us. You are free to say whatever you like about the service, including that it was wrong.
Each customer receives a distinct API key, and requests against it are logged. If a redistribution is traced back to an account, we may close it without notice and without refund.
4. Payment
Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices are in US dollars and tax-inclusive: the figure you see is the figure charged, and any tax due is accounted for within it rather than added on top. A monthly subscription renews automatically on the same day each month until cancelled.
If a renewal payment fails, access closes at the end of the period already paid for and we email you a link to settle the invoice. Stripe retries the charge on its own schedule for about three weeks; access reopens as soon as one of those attempts succeeds. Nothing is billed twice, and no session is charged while access is closed.
5. Cancellation
You may cancel a monthly subscription at any time, from your account page or by writing to contact@tickbird.ai. Access runs to the end of the month already paid for and is not renewed after that. There is no pro-rata refund for the remainder of a paid month, and none is implied by cancelling mid-period.
A daily session is a single purchase and there is nothing to cancel.
6. The guarantee on a losing session
If the stock we name closes below its opening price on the session concerned, that session is credited back to you. This is a contractual commitment, not a gesture.
- The test is the open-to-close move of the named stock on that session, measured from the same official prices published on the public site. It is not whether the stock beat the S&P 500, which is the harder standard the track record is judged by.
- The credit is applied automatically once the closing price is official, usually the same evening. You do not have to claim it.
- For a monthly subscription, the credit extends the subscription by one trading day. For a daily session, it becomes a replacement session that you place yourself, on any session of your choosing, within ninety days of being issued. An unplaced credit expires at the end of that period.
- A session on which no pick is published is not billed, so there is nothing to credit.
The guarantee covers paid access only. It does not apply to complimentary or administrative access, which costs nothing and therefore has nothing to compensate.
7. Refunds
Outside the guarantee above, purchases are not refundable. The product is a piece of information delivered at a fixed moment: once 7:30 AM has passed and the name has been sent, it cannot be returned, and its value to a competitor does not depend on whether you read it.
Two exceptions, and they are ours to honour rather than yours to argue: a purchase we failed to deliver, and a purchase made in breach of clause 1. Both are refunded in full.
8. What the service is, and is not
Tickbird publishes automated, general-audience analysis of publicly listed US equities. It is not investment advice, not a personal recommendation, and not tailored to your situation, which we know nothing about. We hold no authorisation from FINMA or any other regulator and manage nobody's money. Every trading decision you take is yours.
We make no promise about returns. Past results do not predict future ones, and the track record is short enough that we say so on the front page. Read the statement of risks before buying, not after.
9. Availability
The analysis depends on third-party market data and third-party AI models, any of which can be late, wrong or unavailable. We do not guarantee that a pick will be produced on any given session, nor that it will be delivered at exactly 7:30. Some mornings the models name nothing, and that is a result rather than a failure — those sessions are not billed.
If a technical failure on our side prevents delivery of a session you paid for, that session is credited on the same terms as a losing one.
10. Liability
Nothing here limits liability for death, personal injury, fraud, or anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. Subject to that, our total liability arising from or connected with these terms is capped at the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
We are not liable for trading losses, missed gains, or decisions taken on the basis of the analysis. That is the direct consequence of clause 8: a publisher of general commentary does not underwrite its readers' positions.
11. Changes to these terms
We may change these terms for future purchases. The version that governs your purchase is the one published on the day you paid, and changes never apply retroactively to a session already bought or a month already billed. Material changes to a running subscription are notified by email at least thirty days before they take effect, and you may cancel before then under clause 5.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by Swiss law, excluding its conflict-of-law rules and the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. The courts of Geneva, Switzerland, have exclusive jurisdiction.
